Can I get a refund on my subscription?

The Terms of Service state the subscription is not subject to or eligible for a refund.

By reading and acknowledging the Terms of Service, you agreed that you understood the subscription would automatically renew, and unless the subscription was canceled 24 hours before the current term ends, you would be billed.
