How do I change preferences?

Updating preferences like switching to/from metric, imperial measurements as well as notification settings can be easily done from your Profile page. Select the "Me" tab from the bottom of your app, then either the Gear icon or the Edit Profile Info option. Scroll down the page where can make edits.
