Land ownership data comes from a third party. If the parcel in question has been sold recently it will take several months before the information is updated and reflected in the app. If it has not been sold in the last year or two and the information is incorrect, we can notify the data supplier. When reaching out, provide your State, County, Address, and what the correct name should be.
We gather this information directly from the county which is public record. Unfortunately, with the way the information is formatted into our systems, we are unable to remove your information from HuntWise. We are looking into how to remove personal information from the app. We have documented your name and once we implement a solution we will remove your contact information. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused.
