How do I get a refund for PRO subscription?

 

 

 

  1. Go to http://reportaproblem.apple.com/
  2. Login using your Apple ID and password that was used to make the purchase
  3. Locate FishWise and click the "Report A Problem" tab on the right
  4. Choose a problem from the drop down menu
  5. Add a description 
  6. Click submit

An iTunes support staff will contact you within 48 hours.
